TRADESCANTIA LEAF EPIDERMIS
Dots are cell nuclei, four-cell stacks are stomata, which control gas flow in and out of the leaf. In general, stomata open to let carbon dioxide into the leaf and to let oxygen out. They close to prevent moisture loss.
