When returning items for a refund, please enclose the following in the package:

1. A copy of the original bill of sale.
2. A return address and phone number.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Requests for returns after 30 days are at our discretion, and, if granted, will be subject to a restocking fee.

No returns are accepted without a valid PocketScope.com® issued RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.
