Learn about Leeuwenhoek.
This is the web
site of Brian
J. Ford,
the World's greatest authority on Leeuwenhoek's
microscopes and specimens. Dr.
Ford has written several books on his investigations into
Leeuwenhoek's microscopes and on his discovery of the sample
specimens Leeuwenhoek sent to the Royal Society of London,
more than 300 years ago. This is an excellent website for
those interested in Leeuwenhoek and
the history of single lens
microscopes.
